Judge Kavanaugh, a former White House aide, should recuse himself from any cases of domestic surveillance since he has been involved in crafting strategies to conceal from Congress the harmful use of radiation surveillance on Americans.The Senate Judiciary Committee intends to question Judge Kavanaugh into whether he misled the panel during confirmation hearings last year. This may provide the opportunity to question Judge Kavanaugh about his involvement in crafting strategies to conceal from Congress the use of radiation on domestic spy programs. Given the number of victims complaining of harmful radiation surveillance, the program has the ability to secretly monitor at all times the activities of each member of Congress including their extended families and to use the information in the pursuit of private agendas.Enclosed is an Order in which Judge Kavanaugh participated to deny rehearing in banc of an appeal seeking to stop the use of harmful radiation surveillance on my children an on myself. Attached is evidence of the harm caused by an electronic aggression in progress. Please See Exhibit "1".
